RETURNS POLICY

Each Sildare creation is conceived as a lasting companion, crafted with the same devotion to artistry, precision, and quiet luxury found in the world’s most esteemed maisons. To honour the integrity of our jewels, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the piece must remain unworn, immaculate, and complete with its original packaging, tags, and documentation. Items bearing signs of wear, fragrance, cosmetics, or event use cannot be accepted, as every Sildare jewel must arrive to its future owner in pristine condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our atelier at sildare@sildare.com. Upon approval, you will receive a complimentary return label together with detailed return instructions. Unregistered or unsolicited returns cannot be accepted.

Quality & Craftsmanship
We invite you to carefully examine your creation upon arrival. Should you notice any imperfection, please notify us without delay — our atelier remains devoted to ensuring excellence in every detail.

Final sale creations
Bespoke pieces, personalized creations, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary according to your financial institution.

SHIPPING

Each order is prepared with care in our atelier and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 1–15 business days after dispatch.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on orders above €250. For orders below this threshold, a €10 flat‑rate delivery fee applies.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
