SILDARE ATELIER RETURNS POLICY
Brand Terms — applicable to all Sildare creations
Each Sildare piece is crafted with the same devotion to artistry, precision, and enduring beauty found in the world’s finest maisons. To preserve the integrity of our creations, we accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
Our pieces are designed for cherished moments, not temporary wear. This policy ensures that every client receives a jewel that is truly pristine, untouched, and worthy of its intention.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the piece must remain:
•     unworn and immaculate,
•     complete with original packaging and tags,
•     accompanied by proof of purchase.
Pieces showing signs of wear, fragrance, cosmetics, or event use cannot be accepted, as each Sildare creation must remain in flawless condition for its future owner.

How to Return
Please contact our atelier at sildare@sildare.com to initiate a return.
Upon approval, we will provide a complimentary return label and detailed instructions.
Unsolicited or unregistered returns cannot be accepted.

Quality Concerns
We invite you to examine your piece upon arrival.
Should any imperfection be discovered, please notify us immediately — our atelier is committed to ensuring excellence in every detail.

Warranty & Complimentary Care
Each Sildare creation is accompanied by:
•     a 2‑year craftsmanship warranty, and
•     complimentary repairs for manufacturing-related issues within this period.
Our atelier remains at your service to preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewel.

Please Note
•     Final sale pieces cannot be returned.
•     Personalized or custom-made creations are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Each order is prepared with care and dispatched within 3–5 days, arriving beautifully presented and ready to be cherished.
