Terms and Conditions


By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product subject to these terms and conditions.  All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.  We must receive the payment in whole.  Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch of our products to you unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order.

Please note that all SILDARE Jewellery is hand-made to the highest possible standards, however due to the hand-made nature of the jewellery and the use of natural semi-precious stones, colours and patterns in stones may vary from piece to piece. There may be slight variations from the product image on the website. We feel that this is gives our jewellery a special unique quality and we hope you feel the same.


The prices payable for goods are shown on the product pages and are correct on the date the customer places the order.  


Delivery will take 1-15 business days, depending on your location worldwide and after dispatching notice. The delivery prices for orders below EUR 250 is 10EUR, orders above EUR 250 shipping charges are included. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.  Please note that any import duty and taxes incurred for shipping to certain countries are the responsibility of the customer.

All items are wrapped in tissue paper and will be delivered in a beautiful SILDARE Jewellery gift box or dust bag, which can be used as a jewellery storage box to protect your new pieces.

If you wish to cancel an order please email us immediately at  They can be cancelled at any time up until the order is dispatched.  If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it, therefore please return the parcel for a refund when it is received within 14 days, providing that the items are unused and in their original condition & packaging. Please not that we cannot accept cancellations for bespoke orders or personal orders that include any personalization, e.g. engraving.

Return of faulty items

While we make every attempt to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition, occasionally this does not happen. If the goods we deliver are incorrect, damaged we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery.

To be eligible for a repair, exchange or refund of a faulty item please contact SILDARE Jewellery on with the following:

- A photograph of the item with a description of the fault.

- SILDARE Jewellery cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping so please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.
- You are responsible for all postage costs incurred to return an item.

- For international returns we recommend that you label the package with 'Returned Goods' to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes once again.

Care Instructions

Jewellery is delicate, particularly items with textile or natural stone components, so please handle carefully. If dropped stones and beads may break.

- Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfumes, hairspray and long exposure to sunlight as this may cause tarnishing and discolouration.

- Avoid contact with water. Remove all jewellery before showering or conducting household tasks such as cleaning.

- Metal components can be cleaned with a soft jewellery polishing cloth.

- Store jewellery in a clean, dry environment, preferably in separate pouches or boxes.
